USA and Australia Form $8.5 Billion Partnership For Rare Earths And Critical Minerals

The United States of America and Australia formed a new $8.5 billion partnership to significantly expand the supply chains of both critical minerals and rare earth elements. This is the single largest deal that Australia and the United States have ever partnered on to build out vertically integrated supply chains for both critical minerals and rare earth elements.

Eos Launches Battery Storage Collaboration With Talen Energy

Eos Energy (NASDAQ: EOSE) and Talen Energy (NASDAQ: TLN) formed a new partnership to develop energy storage capacity for data centres throughout Pennsylvania. Eos Energy’s batteries are purpose built to support grid reliability and stable power delivery and can be deployed directly on data centre locations due to their modular design.

Archer Aviation Lands Large Deal For Asia Expansion

Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) landed a new deal with Korean Air to commercialize their Midnight electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. Korean Air has committed to purchasing 100 Midnight aircraft, and has publicly stated they will collaborate with Archer Aviation on using the aircraft for multiple different government uses including defense, logistics and even public transportation.
