Mark Cuban Backed FORT Robotics Is Going Public

FORT Robotics has entered into a business combination with Newbury Street II (NASDAQ: NTWO) to become a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq in a deal valuing the company at approximately $500 million. FORT Robotics has developed proprietary hardware and software for robots that enables them to perform an emergency stop, secure wireless control and hazard detection.

Einride and Tesla Partner Up For Semi Truck Deployment

Einride (NASDAQ: ENRD) has partnered with Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) to deploy 500 Tesla Semis on their Saga AI fleet intelligence platform. Einride has publicly stated that the deployment will support Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) and other strategic freight customers, and represents the single largest planned deployment of Tesla Semis ever in North America.

Uber Strikes Ambitious New Drone Delivery Partnership with Zipline

Uber (NYSE: UBER) entered into a new partnership with Zipline to scale drone delivery across the United States. Zipline has competed more than 2.7 million lifetime deliveries and is currently operating in multiple cities in the United States including Dallas-Forth Worth, Houston, Phoenix and Cleveland.
