The New Hyper Ambitious AI Data Centre Project Coming To Alberta

Entrepreneur and venture capitalist Kevin O’Leary has announced a partnership with the Alberta government to build a new data centre for high performance computing near Grande Prairie in Alberta, Canada. The planned $70 billion project would have 7.5 gigawatts of power capacity, making it the world’s largest data centre in terms of investment and output.

MindMed Is Now Dosing Patients In Phase III Clinical Trial For LSD

MindMed (NASDAQ: MNMD) officially began dosing the first patients in their Phase III clinical trial for MM120 ODT for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. MindMed’s novel drug MM120 ODT is a pharmaceutically optimized form of LSD and this is the first Phase III clinical trial ever that is focused on validating LSD as a potential therapeutic treatment for anxiety.

IBM Wants To Lead The American Quantum Computing Rush

IBM (NYSE: IBM) announced a new partnership with the Illinois government to establish a National Quantum Algorithm Centre in Chicago. The company plans to deploy their IBM Quantum System Two quantum computer at the new facility to enable more research and academic breakthroughs around discovering new algorithms that would be impossible without quantum computing technology.
