Autonomous Trucking Company Einride Is Doing A SPAC deal

Einride entered into a business combination agreement with Legato Merger Corp III (NYSE: LEGT) to become a publicly traded company. Einride is one of the most advanced autonomous driving companies in Europe focused on deploying electric heavy duty freight vehicles, and recently landed a strategic investment from quantum computing company IonQ (NYSE: IONQ).

Cypherpunk Technologies Is Stacking More Zcash

Cypherpunk Technologies (NASDAQ: CYPH) purchased an additional $18 million of Zcash to hold directly as an asset, bringing their total holdings to approximately 1.43% of Zcash’s total supply. Zcash has been on an explosive run lately and Cypherpunk Technologies is the first publicly traded company ever to go all in on accumulating the popular privacy-focused cryptocurrency.

Archer Aviation Forms New Powertain Deal With Anduril

Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) struck a new deal with Anduril to supply them with their dual-use powertrain technology for their Omen autonomous aerial vehicle. Omen can be deployed for both military and security purposes as well as being able to be used for disaster response and search and rescue missions.
