NuScale Power Wins Approval For New Small Modular Reactors

NuScale Power (NYSE: SMR) was granted new regulatory approval for the design of their next generation small modular reactors from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The new small modular reactors from NuScale Power are capable of producing 77 megawatts of electricity, which is a meaningful increase from their previously approved design which was capable of generating 50 megawatts of electricity.

The U.S. Army Is Pouring Cash Into Antimony Supply

Perpetua Resources (NASDAQ: PPTA) was officially awarded $6.9 million in new funding from the United States Army through the Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium. The company’s Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho is one of the only identified antimony resources in the USA and represents one of the largest antimony deposits globally that is outside of the control of China.
