Canadian Gold Explorer Lands Investment From Australian Mining Giant
American Eagle Gold (TSXV: AE) announced that Australian mining company South32 (ASX: S32) will invest $29.16 million into the company through a new strategic financing round. South32 will join Teck Resources (NYSE: TECK) as major shareholders in American Eagle as they continue to advance exploration efforts at their flagship NAK Project near Smithers, British Columbia.
