Energy Fuels Is Cashing Up To Expand Their Rare Earth Business

Energy Fuels (NYSE: UUUU) is raising $550 million through a new convertible note financing, marking the single largest capital raise since the company was first formed. Energy Fuels has publicly stated they plan to use the new growth capital for expanding their rare earth separation facility in Utah and funding their rare earth project in Australia in partnership with Astron Corporation (ASX: ATR).

BTQ Technologies Cuts Deal With Korean Mobile Billing Giant

BTQ Technologies (NASDAQ: BTQ) formed a new partnership with mobile carrier billing provider Danal to launch a new pilot project to validate their Quantum Stablecoin Settlement Network technology. Danal is the largest mobile carrier billing provider in Korea and provides payment infrastructure and digital asset based services such as Paycoin to tens of millions of users.

CoreWeave and Meta Cut New Multi Billion Dollar Deal For AI Compute

CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) landed a new deal with Meta (NASDAQ: META) which is worth up to $14.2 billion for high performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads. This is the largest deal that Meta and CoreWeave have ever done together and the second largest deal that CoreWeave has ever landed in the history of the company, behind only OpenAI’s recent $22.4 billion deal.
