The First Ever GLP-1 Pill Is Coming To The USA
Novo Nordisk (NYSE: NVO) has been granted regulatory approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration for their Wegovy GLP-1 pill for weight loss, marking the first approval in U.S. history for an oral GLP-1 pill. The Wegovy pill uses the same active ingredients as the injectable versions of both Wegovy and Ozempic and is only required to be taken once per day.

Velo3D Wins Department of War Manufacturing Deal
Velo3D (NASDAQ: VELO) won a $32.6 million contract from the United States Department of War to use advanced additive manufacturing to accelerate a large scale munitions weapon system program. Velo3D will closely collaborate with the Department of War’s Innovation Unit and the United States Navy to determine which parts and materials could be meaningfully scaled up through 3D printing and advanced additive manufacturing.

Starfighters Space Makes NYSE Debut
Starfighters Space (NYSE: FJET) officially completed their $40 million Regulation A initial public offering and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Starfighters Space is one of the first publicly traded companies focused on using piloted supersonic jets for small satellite air launches and hypersonic test missions. Their commercial fleet of F-104 supersonic aircraft are capable of Mach 2 operations and payload deployment at extremely high altitudes.

Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) entered into a new deal to acquire San Francisco based prediction markets startup The Clearing Company.
STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) and Oversonic Robotics partnered to deploy humanoid robots into STMicroelectronics’ semiconductor plants.
The Lundin Group officially launched a new royalty and streaming company known as LunR Royalties Corp (TSXV: LUNR).
