Richtech Robotics Launches Collaboration With Microsoft On Agentic Robots

Richtech Robotics (NASDAQ: RR) formed an engineering collaboration with Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) through their Microsoft AI Co-Innovation Labs to jointly develop and deploy agentic artificial intelligence capabilities in Richtech Robotics’ flagship robot ADAM. Microsoft’s Azure AI technology platform will be integrated into Richtech Robotics’ robots to apply vision, voice and autonomous reasoning to complex physical environments.

Gold X2 Lands Strategic Investment From AngloGold Ashanti

Gold X2 (TSXV: AUXX) raised approximately $116 million CAD in a new equity financing round led by precious metals giant AngloGold Ashanti (NYSE: AU) and including the investment arm of the Hess oil family Hess Capital. Gold X2 has publicly stated the new growth capital will primarily go towards advancing their flagship Moss Gold Project located in Ontario which contains significant deposits of both gold and silver.

USA Rare Earth Lands U.S. Government Funding

USA Rare Earth (NASDAQ: USAR) landed up to $1.6 billion in potential funding from the United States federal government. The United States Department of Commerce’s CHIPS Program provided a letter of intent which includes $277 million in federal funding and $1.3 billion in a senior secured loan, marking one of the largest loan commitments the American government has ever provided for a rare earth company.
