A New Deep Sea Mining Company Is Coming To Wall Street
American Ocean Minerals entered into a $1 billion merger deal with Odyssey Marine Exploration (NASDAQ: OMEX) to accelerate their deep sea exploration business and become a publicly traded company. American Ocean Minerals is one of the most advanced private companies in the United States focused on deep sea mining exploration and has secured licenses in Cook Islands exclusive economic zone which gives them exclusive rights to explore large seabed areas for polymetallic nodules.

Energy Vault Is Coming After The Battery Storage Opportunity In Japan
Energy Vault (NASDAQ: NRGV) entered into a new deal to acquire a 850 megawatt battery energy storage development portfolio in Japan. Energy Vault has been making a flurry of new acquisitions lately, including just recently purchasing a 175 megawatt battery storage project located near Dallas, Texas that is anticipated to generate more than $15 million in annual revenue once it becomes fully operational.

There’s A New Producing Uranium Mine In Texas
Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE: UEC) officially started production at their Burke Hollow project after receiving final approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Uranium Energy Corp will process all of the uranium produced at the Burke Hollow project at their Hobson Central Processing plant which is also strategically located in Texas where it will be refined into uranium oxide concentrate.

REalloys: New Offtake Deal With America’s Highest Grade Rare Earth Deposit
REalloys (NASDAQ: ALOY) entered into a new deal with U.S. Critical Materials to secure 10% of the total offtake from their flagship Sheep Creek rare earth project located in Ravalli County, Montana.
