Ondas Holdings Is Acquiring A Tactical Ground Robotics Company

Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS) entered into a new deal to acquire tactical unmanned ground vehicle company Roboteam for $80 million. Roboteam develops and manufactures leading edge unmanned ground vehicles for military purposes that are capable of performing surveillance and intelligence missions in highly complex environments.

Klarna Is Launching A New Stablecoin

Klarna (NYSE: KLAR) is launching a new stablecoin known as KlarnaUSD in partnership with Layer 1 blockchain company Tempo which was incubated by Stripe and Paradigm. Klarna has become one of the most powerful players in buy now, pay later. KlarnaUSD will operate on the Tempo blockchain and is aiming to meaningfully reduce the high fees on cross-border payments.

AST SpaceMobile (NASDAQ: ASTS) has added two new manufacturing locations within the United States to accelerate the production of their flagship Bluebird satellites and device engineering.
