Mitsubishi Has A New Partner For Artificial Intelligence Hardware
POET Technologies (NASDAQ: POET) and Mitsubishi Electric have entered into a new partnership to co-develop integrated optical engine chipsets for pluggable transceivers, which are a critical component for speeding up throughput as well as reducing latency for artificial intelligence applications and cloud computing. Mitsubishi Electric and POET Technologies plan to collaborate on demonstrating the new co-developed products to large scale AI infrastructure customers after completing product design.
High Tide Is Ramping Up Retail Cannabis Revenue in Canada
High Tide (NASDAQ: HITI) has announced an increase in their quarterly sales, bringing in approximately $131 million in total revenue from their operations. High Tide has established one of the most prominent networks of retail cannabis dispensaries and locations across Canada, controlling a significant amount of the opportunity in some of the largest provinces in Canada including Ontario and Alberta.
Doubling Down On Domestic Uranium Production
Uranium Energy (NYSE: UEC) has entered into a new deal with mining giant Rio Tinto (NYSE: RIO) to purchase their fully licensed Sweetwater Plant uranium production facility located in Wyoming as well as multiple uranium exploration projects in a deal valued at $175 million.
