Company Highlights:
Bitcoin Well runs two businesses: a Bitcoin ATM network and an online Bitcoin Portal.
The Bitcoin ATM network was established in 2014, and currently has over 190 locations across Canada which charge a 10-20% transaction fee.
The Bitcoin Portal is active in both Canada and the United States, and has signed up over 13,000 active users. Bitcoin Well charges a 1% fee on all portal transactions.

Bitcoin Well has developed a circular ecosystem for individuals to be able to do more than just purchase Bitcoin, including the ability to use Bitcoin to pay bills within Canada and easily convert Bitcoin back to fiat currency through bank transfers within North America.
Overview: Self Custody
Self-custody is at the centre of Bitcoin Well’s strategy, and refers to the practice of users holding and managing their own Bitcoin directly, rather than relying on third parties like exchanges or wallet services.
Self-custody grants individuals full control and responsibility over their assets, enhancing security, privacy, and reducing risks associated with third-party failures, which have been the source of many notable downfalls of other popular Bitcoin exchanges.
