Blackstone And Citadel Lead REalloys' $100 Million Financing For Rare Earth Magnet Build Out

REalloys (NASDAQ: ALOY) has successfully raised $100 million in a new equity financing round led by Blackstone and Citadel at a price of $14.25 per share. REalloys recently struck a deal with the United States Army to design, finance, build and operate a new rare earth separation plant to produce heavy rare earth oxides such as dysprosium and terbium for defense-critical magnet materials on an Army base in Utah.

FuelCell Energy Lands New Funding From United States Export-Import Bank

FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ: FCEL) was awarded approval for a $49 million loan from the United States Export-Import Bank to support the delivery of five 2.8 megawatt FuelCell Energy Blocks to Gyeonggi Green Energy located in South Korea. The loan marked the single largest financing package that the United States Export-Import Bank has ever awarded to FuelCell Energy.

Rocket Lab Is Buying A Major Global Satellite Communications Company

Rocket Lab (NASDAQ: RKLB) entered into a new deal to acquire global satellite communications company Iridium (NASDAQ: IRDM) for roughly $8 billion. Iridium is one of the largest global satellite communications networks globally and provides mobile voice and data satellite connectivity throughout the entire world.

HUHUTECH: Semiconductor and Technology Infrastructure

HUHUTECH (NASDAQ: HUHU) has publicly stated they have now been awarded roughly $1.83 million in total contracts from BYD affiliated facilities for their proprietary Gas Detection Systems, Gas Monitoring Systems and Facility Monitoring and Control Systems.
