China Is Ramping Up Their Rare Earth Export Restrictions

China’s Ministry of Commerce publicly stated that they are further tightening their existing restrictions around rare earth elements globally and expanding their restrictions to begin including rare earth technology and recycling equipment. China’s previous ban on rare earth elements being exported sent major shockwaves through geopolitics and fuelled a much deeper investment into rare earth companies in North America.

Galaxy Digital Cashes Up For Data Centre Expansion

Galaxy Digital (NASDAQ: GLXY) landed a new $460 million investment from a single asset management company, marking the single largest equity financing round the company has ever done since being founded. Galaxy Digital has publicly stated they plan to use the new growth capital to continue to expand the power capacity at their flagship data centre Helios located in Texas which has an existing multi billion dollar deal for hosting GPUs with CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV).

Terra Innovatum Brings Micro Modular Reactors To The Nasdaq

Terra Innovatum (NASDAQ: NKLR) began trading on the Nasdaq after successfully raising approximately $130 million in funding through their SPAC transaction. Terra Innovatum is the first company to list on the Nasdaq that is solely focused on zero carbon, micro modular reactors which are able to be used in locations where a full scale nuclear reactor would not be practical or financially viable.
