IREN Locks In $2.8 Billion In New Contracts For AI Compute
IREN (NASDAQ: IREN) entered into $2.8 billion in new multi-year contracts for high performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads. IREN publicly stated that Perplexity, Figure AI, Hume AI and multiple other prominent venture backed private companies are amongst some of the new customers included in the multi-year cloud services deal.

Blackstone Is Betting On A South Korean Actuator Company
Blackstone (NYSE: BX) agreed to make a strategic equity investment into South Korean high-precision actuator supplier Futronic. Futronic is a global producer of high-precision actuators that are used in both automotive manufacturing and humanoid robots. The investment is widely considered to be Blackstone’s first into robotics hardware.

Horizon Aircraft Lands Deal For Hybrid-Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft
Horizon Aircraft (NASDAQ: HOVR) entered into a letter of intent with Australian based V-Star Powered Lift Aviation to sell them up to 100 of Horizon Aircraft’s Cavorite X7 hybrid-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The deal has a value of up to $600 million, and is the largest letter of intent Horizon Aircraft has ever signed.

Standard Nuclear (NYSE: STDN) successfully raised $150 million in their IPO financing round and begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) and Anduril unveiled a new autonomous attack aircraft known as Thunder.
BRINC, a public safety drone startup, raised $125 million in a new financing round led by Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI) that included participation from Figma (NYSE: FIG) co-founder Dylan Field.
Critical Metals (NASDAQ: CRML) was officially shortlisted to bid on the final stage of the Government of Kenya’s competitive tender process for the right to develop the Mrima Hill rare earth and niobium project located in Kwale County, Kenya.
