IonQ And The Department of Energy Partner For Quantum Computing In Space
IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) entered into a memorandum of understanding with the United States Department of Energy to leverage quantum computing technology for secure communications in space. IonQ will provide quantum networking and quantum sensing technologies to validate secure data transfers between the Earth and orbit as part of the new partnership, and aims to position America as a leader in critical space infrastructure.
ETF Giant Partners With Streamex To Embrace Gold Tokenization
Streamex Corp (NASDAQ: STEX) formed a new partnership with Simplify Asset Management to integrate their yield generating tokenization product for gold into ETFs. Simplify Asset Management operates a variety of large ETFs across equities, bonds and commodities and has more than $10 billion in total assets under management. The partnership marks one of the first times ever that a major ETF company has done a deal with a gold tokenization company to integrate blockchain technology into their ETFs.
Ivanhoe Mines Lands Half A Billion Dollar Investment From Qatar’s Sovereign Wealth Fund
Ivanhoe Mines (TSX: IVN) landed a new $500 million strategic investment from the Qatar Investment Authority, resulting in the QIA owning approximately 4% of the entire company. This is one of the single largest investments into a mining company that Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund has ever made, and Ivanhoe Mines has publicly stated they plan to explore further collaborations together for critical mineral projects.

Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) invested $5 billion into Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) as part of a new strategic investment and partnership.
Uber (NYSE: UBER) made a new strategic investment into autonomous drone delivery company Flytrex.
WeRide (NASDAQ: WRD) was granted a federal permit to operate their autonomous Robobus in Belgium.
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission approved new generic listing standards for commodities and digital assets to accelerate the listing process for new ETFs.
NIO (NYSE: NIO) successfully raised $1.6 billion in a new equity financing round to accelerate the development of their core electric vehicle technology and battery swapping and charging network infrastructure.
Brera Holdings (NASDAQ: BREA) raised $300 million n a new equity financing round backed by the Solana Foundation and Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest. The company will be rebranding to SOLMATE and establishing a Solana treasury.
