Critical Metals Majorly Boosts Ownership Stake In Greenland Rare Earth Project
Critical Metals (NASDAQ: CRML) increased their ownership in their flagship rare earth property the Tanbreez Project located in Greenland to 92.5%. The Tanbreez Project is one of the world’s single largest rare earth resources that is independent from China and previously made major waves when it was the focus of a letter of interest from the Export-Import Bank of the United States for a $120 million loan.

Rick Perry's Data Centre REIT IPOs On The Nasdaq
Fermi (NASDAQ: FRMI), a data centre real estate investment trust company co-founded by former United States Energy Secretary Rick Perry, raised $682.5 million in their IPO financing round and began trading on the Nasdaq. Fermi is developing a massive data centre campus known as Project Matador in Armadillo, Texas.

Lithium Americas Reaches New Deal With Department of Energy For Funding Thacker Pass
Lithium Americas (NYSE: LAC) and General Motors (NYSE: GM) reached an agreement with the United States Department of Energy for an initial funding tranche of $425 million for advancing the Thacker Pass lithium project located in Nevada. General Motors previously secured the rights to purchase all of the lithium produced at the Thacker Pass project from Phase 1 of operations as well as direct ownership in the project through their strategic investment of more than half a billion dollars into Lithium Americas.

Canaan (NASDAQ: CAN) landed a new purchase order from a Bitcoin mining company in the United States for 50,000 Avalon A15 Pro Bitcoin miners.
DoorDash (NASDAQ: DASH) officially launched their new autonomous delivery robot known as Dot in Phoenix, Arizona for testing.
Nova Minerals' (NASDAQ: NVA) wholly owned subsidiary Alaska Range Resources was awarded $43.4 million in Defense Production Act Title III funding by the United States Department of War to accelerate domestic antimony production.
Einride, a Swedish self driving electric truck company, raised $100 million in a new strategic financing round and has been backed by quantum computing company IonQ (NYSE: IONQ).
Defiance ETFs launched a new ETF known as Trillion Dollar Club Index ETF (NASDAQ: TRIL) which is focused on allocating to public companies and digital assets with a market capitalization of more than one trillion dollars.
