Honeywell Approves Spin Out Of Aerospace Company
Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) officially approved the spin out of Honeywell Aerospace to become its own independent company. Honeywell Aerospace is one of the largest providers of mission critical system and technologies used in the vast majority of commercial, defense and space aircraft globally. The company has plans to make Honeywell Aerospace its own publicly traded company on the Nasdaq, and existing Honeywell shareholders would receive a share distribution.

HUHUTECH Wins New Deal From Japanese Semiconductor Company
HUHUTECH (NASDAQ: HUHU) won a new contract from a semiconductor manufacturing company in Japan for the supply and installation of vacuum exhaust pipeline insulation systems. HUHUTECH has publicly stated they spent more than a year developing their new nano-aerogel insulation technology and validating its performance in semiconductor manufacturing and fabrication environments.

Phoenix Tailings Lands $500 Million Loan From U.S. Government For Rare Earth Processing
Rare earth metal producer Phoenix Tailings was awarded a conditional funding commitment for a $500 million loan from The Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital in one of the single largest loans they have made to a private company. Phoenix Tailings publicly stated that the new loan will anchor a $1 billion financing commitment with private investors to accelerate the build out of their Freedom Facility for rare earth processing.

Conexeu Sciences: Architecting Bioregeneration
Conexeu Sciences (NASDAQ: CNXU) launched a preclinical development program for their 3D printed bioregenerative breast matrix which was recently successfully printed at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine.

IREN (NASDAQ: IREN) acquired Spain based data centre development company Nostrum Group, marking the first time they have ventured into building and operating data centres in Europe.
