Walmart Strikes Their First Nuclear Power Purchase Agreement

Walmart (NASDAQ: WMT) struck a new nuclear power purchase agreement with Constellation Energy (NASDAQ: CEG) to buy long-term, emissions-free electricity from Constellation Energy’s Dresden Clean Energy Center in Illinois. Constellation Energy has publicly stated the new nuclear power purchase agreement with Walmart will provide them with roughly 176 megawatts of wholesale power capacity.

Rumble Closes Northern Data Acquisition For AI Compute

Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM) successfully completed their acquisition of high performance computing infrastructure company Northern Data AG, and now owns approximately 85% of the company’s equity.Northern Data AG is one of the largest high performance computing companies in Europe and operates roughly 22,000 Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) GPUs.

Micron and Anthropic Form New Partnership For AI Memory

Micron (NASDAQ: MU) and Anthropic formed a new partnership focused on co-designing how memory and storage subsystems will be used in Anthropic’s training and inference infrastructure. Micron has publicly stated they made a strategic equity investment in Anthropic’s $65 billion Series H financing round as part of their new collaboration.

HUHUTECH: Semiconductor and Technology Infrastructure

HUHUTECH (NASDAQ: HUHU) has publicly stated they have now been awarded roughly $1.83 million in total contracts from BYD affiliated facilities for their proprietary Gas Detection Systems, Gas Monitoring Systems and Facility Monitoring and Control Systems.
