Intel Is Raising $20 Billion To Deepen Their Bet On AI

Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) publicly stated they are raising $20 billion in a new equity financing round priced at $95.00 per share, including a $12 million personal investment from Intel’s CEO and a family member. The new growth capital will be used to expand their foundry manufacturing build out and scale up chip production to meet the growing demand for artificial intelligence workloads.

Kodiak AI Secures Approval For Autonomous Truck Testing In California

Kodiak AI (NASDAQ: KDK) was granted a testing permit from the California DMV to operate their heavy-duty autonomous trucks on public roads with a safety driver on board. The permit allows Kodiak to validate its mirror-replacing sensor pods and advanced AI architecture on complex West Coast highways, a critical step before deploying its fully driverless, 24/7 hauling capabilities.

5E Advanced Materials Lands Funding From Export-Import Bank of the United States

5E Advanced Materials (NASDAQ: FEAM) has landed $8 million in funding from the Export-Import Bank of the United States to advance their Fort Cady boron project located near Newberry Springs, California. The Fort Cady project is widely considered to be the only advanced boron project under development in the United States and is expected to produce high-value brown as well as recovering lithium as a byproduct.

Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD) priced their $255.5 million IPO financing round for Robinhood Ventures Fund II (NASDAQ: RVII) at $25.00 per share.
Fermi (NASDAQ: FRMI) landed a new 15 year deal with TensorWave for hosting artificial intelligence workloads at their data centre campus located in Carson County, Texas worth approximately $6.5 billion.
Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) and Quantinuum (NASDAQ: QNT) formed a new partnership focused on deploying Quantinuum’s Helios quantum computer directly at one of Oracle’s data centres in the United States.
Micron (NASDAQ: MU) launched a new $250 million venture fund known as Micron Ventures Paradigm Fund to invest across new model architecture, compute infrastructure, semiconductor design and robotics.
Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) publicly committed to buying back 5% of their total outstanding shares at a price of $3.49 USD per share.
Blue Moon Metals (NASDAQ: BMM) entered into a new deal to buy 33 new tungsten and antimony projects located in the United States of America.
