Low Carbon Fuel Is On The Rise In The Public Markets

An Acquisition Spree For 3D Printing Dominance

Nano Dimension (NASDAQ: NNDM) has entered into an agreement to purchase 3D printing and additive manufacturing company Markforged (NYSE: MKFG) in a deal valued at $115 million. Nano Dimension previously made waves when they announced their intent to acquire Desktop Metal in an effort to become one of the largest publicly traded additive manufacturing and 3D printing companies in the world.

Toyota Is Betting Half A Billion Dollars On Joby Aviation's Electric Aircraft

Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE: TM) announced they will invest an additional $500 million into electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft company Joby Aviation (NYSE: JOBY), bringing their total investment to $894 million upon completion. Joby is one of the leading publicly traded companies pursuing electric takeoff and landing aircraft and has made significant strides towards commercial adoption in both North America and the Middle East.

+11.1% | Blink Charging (NASDAQ: BLNK) recently surpassed 100,000 electric vehicle chargers sold or deployed globally.
