MAX Power Mining And Moose Jaw Government Partner For Natural Hydrogen

MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) and the City of Moose Jaw entered into a new partnership to advance strategic opportunities to commercialize natural hydrogen within the Regina-Moose Jaw Industrial Corridor. MAX Power Mining is one of the first publicly traded companies to confirm confirm a subsurface natural hydrogen system after the successful testing of a well drilled neared Central Butte, Saskatchewan which is widely considered to be Canada’s first ever natural hydrogen drilling discovery.

Ford Is Getting Into The Battery Energy Storage Business

Ford (NYSE: F) officially launched a new subsidiary known as Ford Energy to develop large scale battery energy storage systems. Ford Energy’s initial flagship product is the Ford Energy DC Block which is a 20 foot containerized battery system that uses lithium iron phosphate prismatic cells. The company is aiming to deploy a minimum of 20 gigawatt-hours of battery energy storage systems annually by repurposing an existing manufacturing facility located in Kentucky.

RoboStrategy Cuts Multi Billion Dollar Equity Facility Deal

RoboStrategy (NASDAQ: BOT) entered into a $2 billion equity facility deal with Roth Principal Investments. RoboStrategy just recently debuted on the Nasdaq and is one of the first ever closed-end investment funds listed on a major stock exchange in the United States to be fully focused on robotics and embodied artificial intelligence companies.

Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss’ family office Winklevoss Capital invested $100M USD into Gemini Space Station (NASDAQ: GEMI).
Billionaire mining entrepreneur and financier Eric Sprott purchased an additional 1 million common shares of MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) on the open market at an average price of $2.02 CAD per share.
Equinox Gold (NYSE: EQX) and Orla Mining (NYSE: ORLA) entered into a new merger deal. The new combined company is expected to produce 1.1M ounces of gold annually.
Swarmer (NASDAQ: SWMR) landed a new $2.86M USD deal with Ukrainian company Meta Bureau to license Swarmer’s drone swarming software.
