Ondas Launches Sovereign AI Company In Partnership With Palantir

Ondas (NASDAQ: ONDS) launched a new company known as Regna AI to fine-tune open-weight models to run inside customer-controlled environments and on edge hardware such as drones and other intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) is supporting Regna AI with model-training infrastructure, delivery support and joint forward-deployed engineering.

Fermi Lands Credit Support Agreement From AMD

Fermi (NASDAQ: FRMI) landed a credit support agreement from AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) for the 222 megawatt first phase of their Project Matador data centre campus in Texas. TensorWave plans to deploy tens of thousands of AMD’s Instinct GPUs for both artificial intelligence training and inference compute at Fermi’s Project Matador data centre campus.

SSR Mining Is Acquiring Roxmore Resources

SSR Mining (NASDAQ: SSRM) entered into a new deal to acquire Roxmore Resources (TSX: RM) for approximately $650 million CAD. Roxmore’s Converse Gold Project project in Nevada is roughly 6 kilometres away from SSR Mining’s Marigold mine, and has an indicated and inferred resource of roughly 5.2 million ounces of gold.
