A New American Rare Earth Magnet Company Is Hitting The Nasdaq

REalloys (NASDAQ: ALOY) successfully completed their reverse merger with Blackboxstocks (NASDAQ: BLBX) and will begin trading on the Nasdaq Wednesday, February 25th. REalloys is one of the only publicly traded companies in North America developing a fully integrated supply chain for rare earth processing and rare earth magnet production and has already secured offtake deals with notable rare earth mining companies including Critical Metals Corp (NASDAQ: CRML).

The Lundin Family and BHP Lead New Mega Financing Round For Faraday Copper

Faraday Copper (TSX: FDY) is raising $100 million in a new strategic equity financing round being led by legendary Canadian mining entrepreneurs the Lundin family and a wholly owned subsidiary of BHP (NYSE: BHP). Faraday Copper is also planning to acquire the historic San Manual property from BHP which is closely located in Pinal County, Arizona to develop a larger scale copper district and restart full scale production.

IQM, a Finland-based quantum computing company, entered into a business combination with Real Asset Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: RAAQ) to become a publicly traded company.
