NG Energy Makes New Natural Gas Discovery In Colombia

NG Energy (TSXV: GASX) successfully made a new natural gas discovery at their Hechicero-1X exploration well on their Sinu-9 block located in Colombia. The new natural gas discovery at Hechicero-1X hit multiple gas bearing zones including their main target as well as two entirely new formations. The company previously made waves when they struck a major deal with French oil and gas company Maurel & Prom for a 40% operating interest in their flagship Sinu-9 natural gas well in exchange for $150M USD.

Billionaire Ross Beaty’s Polish Copper Company Set For IPO

Lumina Metals, a Poland-based copper company co-founded by legendary Canadian geologist and mining entrepreneur Ross Beaty, publicly stated they are increasing the size of their IPO financing round to $312M CAD. Lumina Metals’ flagship asset is the Nowa Sol underground copper and silver deposit located in western Poland which contains approximately 11M tonnes of copper and roughly 1B ounces of silver.

Tether Is Buying Custom Bitcoin Mining Hardware From Canaan

Canaan (NASDAQ: CAN) landed a new purchase order from Tether for high density mining hash board modules, custom developed specifically for Tether’s immersion-cooled mining and compute systems which are used for next generation Bitcoin mining. Tether has publicly stated they will deploy Canaan’s high density mining hash board modules at a data centre located in South America which are managed by Bitcoin mining company Elektron Energy.
