The Biggest Quantum Computing Acquisition In History

IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) announced a new definitive agreement to acquire United Kingdom quantum computing company Oxford Ionics for $1.075 billion, marking the largest acquisition in the history of the quantum computing space. Oxford Ionics currently holds the world record for quantum operations fidelity, achieving 99.9992% accuracy for single qubit operations and 99.97% accuracy for two qubit operations.

IperionX Lands Titanium Supply Contract With Department Of Defense

IperionX (NASDAQ: IPX) was awarded a new $99 million contract from the United States Department of Defense to supply titanium for defense applications. The deal may also eventually expand into IperionX producing aerospace parts and other types of advanced titanium based materials that are essential inputs for national security missions.

NexGold Mining Hits More High Grade Gold In Nova Scotia

NexGold Mining (TSXV: NEXG) announced more assay results from their 25,000 metre drilling program at their Goldboro Gold Project located in Nova Scotia, Canada, intersecting 11.87 grams per tonne of gold over 6.1 metres at BR-25-475. The Goldboro Gold Project is one of the most promising high grade gold projects in all of Canada and has also just recently received approval for the Crown Land Lease and License.
