A New Rare Earth SPAC Is Hitting Wall Street

USA Rare Earth has entered into a deal with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: IPXX) to go public on the Nasdaq through a SPAC transaction. Serve Robotics And Shake Shack Are Partnering Up For Autonomous Deliveries

Serve Robotics (NASDAQ: SERV) and fast food giant Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK) have launched a new partnership to leverage Serve Robotics’s fleet of autonomous robots to provide deliveries to Shake Shack customers. The autonomous delivery robots are capable of navigating sidewalks and urban environments without any human supervision, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

This Public Company Just Found One Of The Largest Diamonds In History

Lucara Mining (TSX: LUC) has discovered one of the largest diamonds to ever be unearthed in history at their operational mine in Botswana, sending their share price up over 50% on the day of the announcement. Lucara Mining has been using proprietary technology known as Mega Diamond Recovery X-Transmission to be able to identify large diamonds hidden beneath the surface, which previously led to two other large diamond discoveries at their Botswana mine.
