NXP Semiconductors and Nvidia Partner On Hardware For Robotics

NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) and Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) formed a new partnership to develop integrated robotics hardware. The new collaboration between Nvidia and NXP Semiconductors is aiming to connect sensors and motors in robots into a unified architecture of hardware and software with extremely low latency for data transport and machine vision.

REalloys Rolls Out New Technology For Rare Earth Processing

REalloys (NASDAQ: ALOY) successfully demonstrated a hydrofluoric-acid-free fluorination process for producing metallization grade rare earths from rare earth oxides. Hydrofluoric acid is one of the single most hazardous chemicals that is traditionally used in rare earth processing due to its extreme toxicity and corrosiveness which requires special containment systems and environmental compliance.

Maritime Launch Services Lands Government of Canada Deal

Maritime Launch Services (CBOE: MAXQ) was officially awarded a new contract from Canada’s Department of National Defence. The Department of National Defence will lease a dedicated launch pad at Maritime Launch Services’ Spaceport Nova Scotia for 10 years for $200 million, marking the single largest contract Maritime has ever been awarded since the inception of the company.
