Stanley Druckenmiller Backed Tungsten Company Is Coming To The NYSE
Guardian Metal Resources (NYSE: GMTL) priced their IPO financing round at $13.50 per share and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Guardian Metal Resources’ flagship asset is the Pilot Mountain tungsten project located in Nevada which is widely considered to be one of the single largest undeveloped tungsten deposits in the United States. Billionaire hedge fund manager and Wall Street legend Stanley Druckenmiller previously acquired roughly 14.75% of Guardian Metal Resources through his family office Duquesne Family Office.

New Drone Software Company On The Nasdaq Soars In IPO Debut
Swarmer (NASDAQ: SWMR) successfully raised $15 million in their IPO financing round and began trading on the Nasdaq with shares surging over 500% in their first day. Swarmer has developed proprietary software for drones that is hardware agnostic and enables large numbers of unmanned systems to coordinate and execute combat missions fully autonomously.

Eric Sprott Is Pouring Millions Of Dollars Into A Canadian Hydrogen Stock
MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) successfully raised $20.5M CAD in a new equity financing round at $1.30 per share. Billionaire mining financier and entrepreneur Eric Sprott led MAX Power Mining’s new capital raise with an investment of $4.3M CAD. MAX Power Mining just recently made waves when they confirmed a subsurface natural hydrogen system after successfully testing a well drilled near Central Butte, Saskatchewan that contained natural hydrogen of 286,000 parts per million and free flowing gas to the surface.

REalloys (NASDAQ: ALOY) has been awarded a contract from the United States Defense Logistics Agency to design a modular plant to produce samarium and gadolinium metal for rare earth magnets located in Ohio.
