A New Small Modular Reactor Company Is Going Public

Terrestrial Energy, a small modular reactor company, entered into a new business combination agreement with HCM II Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: HOND) in a move that will provide Terrestrial with $280 million in new capital and position the combined entity as the first publicly traded company in North America focused on building Integral Molten Salt Reactors, which can operate at higher temperatures than traditional SMRs and without any harmful emissions.

Galaxy Digital Lands $4.5 Billion AI Compute Deal With CoreWeave

Galaxy Digital (TSX: GLXY) and CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) announced a new deal for hosting high performance computing at Galaxy Digital’s Helios data centre located in Texas. Galaxy Digital will provide 133 megawatts of computing capacity in the deal, which is expected to generate approximately $4.5 billion over 15 years.

ASP Isotopes Is Scaling Up Silicon-28 Production For Quantum Computing Chips

ASP Isotopes (NASDAQ: ASPI) began commercial production of Silicon-28 at their Aerodynamic Separation Process facility located in Pretoria, South Africa. Silicon-28 is a highly important input for both quantum computing chips and semiconductors, largely due to its ability to conduct heat significantly more efficiently than traditional silicon.
