Tether and SoftBank Back New SPAC For Bitcoin Accumulation
Twenty One Capital entered into a business combination with Cantor Equity Partners (NASDAQ: CEP) to go public on the Nasdaq through a SPAC transaction. The company plans to hold Bitcoin directly as an asset and also publicly stated they intend to develop and launch Bitcoin related financial products. Following the news, shares of Cantor Equity Partners soared over 190% on the week.

IonQ And Toyota Tsusho Are Teaming Up For Quantum Computing In Japan
IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) entered into a distribution partnership with Toyota Tsusho to accelerate quantum computing in Japan. The partnership will be focused on selling directly to companies in Japan who want to be on the leading edge of quantum computing technology and hardware.

The White House Wants To Speed Up Domestic Antimony Production
Perpetua Resources (NASDAQ: PPTA) announced that their Stibnite Gold Project located in Idaho has been officially been selected as a Transparency Project by the White House. The designation is expected to dramatically accelerate regulatory approvals and the potential for federal funding.

AirJoule Technologies (NASDAQ: AIRJ) secured a $15 million strategic investment from GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) for their atmospheric water harvesting technology.
Sol Strategies (CSE: HODL) secured a $500 million convertible note financing from ATW Partners for the sole purpose of acquiring Solana.
Lumina Gold (TSXV: LUM) entered into a deal with China based CMOC Group to be acquired for approximately $581 million.
Terra Innovatum, a small modular reactor company, entered into a SPAC transaction with GSR III Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: GSRT) to go public.
Provenance Gold (CSE: PAU | OTC: PVGDF) officially commenced drilling at their flagship Eldorado project located in Oregon.
Cyclic Materials announced a $20 million investment into the development of their first global rare earth processing facility located in Arizona.
