FDA Grants Breakthrough Therapy Designation To Definium Therapeutics For LSD Drug

Definium Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DFTX) was awarded a Breakthrough Therapy Designation by the United States Food and Drug Administration for their LSD based novel therapeutic DT120 for depression. This is the first time ever that the U.S. FDA has given a Breakthrough Therapy Designation to a publicly traded company developing an LSD based novel therapeutic for treating depression.

Palantir and Nebius Partner For Sovereign AI Infrastructure

Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) and Nebius (NASDAQ: NBIS) partnered to deliver sovereign artificial intelligence infrastructure to Palantir’s commercial customers. Palantir's stack of artificial intelligence technology including AIP, Ontology, Foundry and Apollo will act as the control layer for Palantir’s customers and manage which data and models ultimately run on Nebius’ GPU clusters.

Cipher Digital Is Betting On Natural Gas Pipelines For Power

Cipher Digital (NASDAQ: CIFR) began development of natural gas lateral pipelines at multiple Texas sites to support up to to 2.5 gigawatts of on-site power generation. This is the first time ever that Cipher Digital has begun developing their own energy infrastructure rather than waiting on ERCOT grid connections for new capacity.

DeFi Development Corp (NASDAQ: DFDV) raised approximately $11 million through selling a new perpetual preferred stock known as Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred (NASDAQ: CHAD). Tom Lee, Chairman of BitMine Immersion Technology (NYSE: BMNR), personally invested in the capital raise.
PlusAI, an autonomous trucking software, entered into a business combination with Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp (NASDAQ: TVA) to become a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq.
Circle Internet Group (NYSE: CRCL) entered into a new deal to acquire Singapore based cross-border payments company Tazapay for $400 million in stock.
