HIVE Continues To Add GPUs For AI Compute

HIVE Digital Technologies (NASDAQ:HIVE) announced a new purchase of Nvidia H100 GPUs to increase their computing capacity for generative AI workloads and large language model training. Well known for being one of the largest publicly-traded Bitcoin mining companies, HIVE has now repurposed 3,000 GPUs in their existing data centres, many of which are being applied to artificial intelligence computing power.

Sun Life is Backing a Digital Pharmacy Startup

Sun Life, one of Canada’s largest insurance companies, has invested $9.5 million in Pillway, a digital pharmacy startup focused on streamlining the prescription process. Sun Life was the sole investor in this Series A round, and joins WELL Health Technologies (TSX:WELL) as a strategic investor.
