JPMorgan and Agnico Eagle Take Stake In Perpetua Resources

Perpetua Resources (NASDAQ: PPTA) raised $225 million in a new equity financing round led by Agnico Eagle (NYSE: AEM) and JPMorgan Chase. Perpetua Resources has publicly stated that they will collaborate with Agnico Eagle on exploration and drilling plans for their flagship Stibnite Gold Project located in Idaho which is widely considered to be one of the single most important antimony deposits in the United States.

PayPal And ChatGPT Partner Up For Payments

PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) and OpenAI formed a new deal to integrate PayPal’s wallet directly into ChatGPT, making them the first payments company to ever integrate into their platform. OpenAI and PayPal will collaborate to connect PayPal’s global merchant network directly into ChatGPT and enable ChatGPT users to easily discover small businesses and brands that are powered by PayPal.
