Steve Cohen Takes Stake In Trump Family’s World Liberty Financial

Point72 Asset Management, led by legendary wall street hedge fund manager Steve Cohen, publicly disclosed a new equity ownership stake in ALT5 Sigma Corp (NASDAQ: ALTS) through new filings made with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The company recently launched a $1.5 billion equity financing round for the sole purpose of accumulating World Liberty Financial tokens to hold directly as an asset.

KULR Technology Group Is Doubling Down On Drone Batteries

KULR Technology Group (NYSE: KULR) entered into a new partnership with Amprius Technologies and Molicel to launch new advanced battery systems for drones known as KULR ONE Air. The new batteries are focused on next generation drone use, including fully autonomous missions that require higher amounts of energy and extended battery life for long duration missions.

Thumzup Media Is Acquiring A Dogecoin Mining Company

Thumzup Media (NASDAQ: TZUP) announced a deal to acquire Dogecoin mining company Dogehash Technologies. Dogehash Technologies currently operates 2,500 Scrypt ASIC miners that are located within North America data centres, and is is aiming to become one of the first pure play publicly traded companies focused on mining Dogecoin and Litecoin at significant scale.
