The First Zcash ETF Is Coming To Wall Street

The New York Stock Exchange has officially granted approval to Grayscale Zcash ETF (NYSE: ZCSH) to begin trading. The ETF currently has approximately $325 million in total assets under management, and is the first ever ETF to list on a major stock exchange in the United States that offers direct exposure to Zcash, a cryptocurrency focused on privacy and security.

Hypersonic Engine Maker Ursa Major Strikes SPAC Deal

Ursa Major entered into a business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: BCCQ) to become a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq in a deal valuing Ursa Major at approximately $1.6 billion. Ursa Major is one of the most advanced private companies in the United States manufacturing solid rocket motors and liquid fuelled hypersonic engines which are used in test-flight vehicles for the Pentagon and tactical missile prototypes.

XPeng’s Robotics Subsidiary Is Raising $900 Million

XPeng's (NYSE: XPEV) robotics subsidiary entered into a share purchase agreement with investors to raise more than $900 million at a post-money valuation of over $6.3 billion, marking the single largest financing round ever raised for robotics by a company based in China..
